Analysing deer distribution and abundance in England
R scripts to estimate the distribution of the four most common deer species in England, namely roe deer, Reeve's muntjac, fallow deer and red deer. This analysis is applying species distribution models with data integration and spline regression in INLA, using the R package 'pointedSDMs'.

Measuring the impact of the Newcastle and Gateshead Clean Air Zone
A Clean Air Zone (CAZ) is being introduced to Newcastle and Gateshead in an attempt to improve air quality. The zone covers a large portion of central Newcastle as well as roads into Gateshead. Initially penalties only apply to taxis, buses, coaches, and HGVs from 30th January 2023, with vans and LGVs being affected in July 2023.
